You'll always want to consult your owners manual for confirmation but according to my research, if you have an automatic transmission it is safe to tow your vehicle on a tow dolly like the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1. If you have a manual transmission you can flat tow your 2018 Honda Fit EXL behind a motorhome. The Roadmaster Tow Dolly has an adjustable deck to allow for use with a variety of vehicles and comes equipped with electric brakes for added safety and stability.
I've attached a video review of this tow dolly for you to have a look at as well.
