Is Adapter Bar Needed for Carrying Kids Bikes On Saris Glide EX 5 Rack

I'm borrowing a Saris Glide 5 bike rack from my buddy. Do I need an adaptor to use this with kids bikes? Plan to use on 2018 Toyota Highlander with 2 inch receiver.

I definitely recommend an adapter bar for hitch mounted, hanging style racks like the Saris Glide EX 5 bike rack (discontinued). Having done this myself for years with my own hanging style rack and no adapter bar with my 2 boy's bikes, I definitely wish I knew about these years ago.
