The Prodigy P2 part # 90885 is what I recommend for use with electric over hydraulic brakes. This is widely considered to be one of (if not the) best brake controller you can get and is also the most reliable and consistent when used with electric over hydraulic brake setups so it's easily your best choice!
To install it in your 2009 Toyota Tundra would only require the install harness part # 3040-P which plugs right into the port under your dash.
