It's impossible to give you a 100% accurate answer on this because there are so many different factors that gas mileage is affected by and when you pair them all together it isn't just as simple as adding the expected gains together. It should also be noted that over time, your vehicle's fuel efficiency goes down so the numbers I'm going to give you are based off the EPA estimates on a similar truck that is fresh off the lot. Now, I'm going to try to put on my math hat and give you a general idea.

To start, on average you can expect between 3 to 5 mpg of increased efficiency by adding a cold air intake system like the Airaid MXP Cold Air Intake System with SynthaFlow Oiled Filter # AR200-285.

When you use a MagnaFlow Cat-Back Exhaust System like part # MF15278 (for regular cab models) or part # MF15268 (for both crew and double cab models) you can expect anywhere from 2-10% gain in efficiency in gas mileage; based off of an expected 17 city/24 highway gas mileage expectancy using just these two would likely get you into the 20-21 mpg range in the city. Adding a Superchips Flashpaq F5 like the # SU2845 has a roughly 7% improvement in fuel efficiency; taking all of these figures into consideration you're likely going to find yourself in the 21-22 mpg range in the city and maybe as high as 29 mpg on the highway. The great thing about the Superchips Flashpaq F5 is that it will tell you exactly what your gas mileage really is and how efficient you're running compared to what the vehicle would normally run at.

Keep in mind that these are all rough estimates on what can be expected in general circumstances and they are in no way concrete numbers, but I wanted to try to give you a general idea of what each component is capable of doing.
