The Buyers Products Removable Outrigger # 337B23506 can be positioned in any manner that your trailer allows to help provide up to 14" of additional length on each side of your trailer. I checked with Buyers Products and they do not have a recommended spacing that these should be used at because it will depend on the size of the load and the length of the trailer.
