What is the wheelbase of the four bolts that lock the electric brakes? What is the function of the brake mounting flange for round trailer axles 1-3 / 4 "- 2K sold separately? Best regards.

Buongiorno!

We do carry Replacement Magnet Kit for 7" Electric Trailer Brake Assemblies - 2,000 lbs
Item # AKBRKR-M7. However, it looks like the center mounting hole on yours is round, whereas ours uses a square/rectangular hole. It doesn't appear that the hole on the # AKBRKR-M7 is large enough to allow the arm (on the brake assembly) to fit through.

If you scroll to about the 5:40 min mark on the Redline Replacement Magnet Kit video Iinked below, you'll see the arm I'm referring to that's on the brake assembly, into which the magnet clips. This is on a larger size axle, but the process is the same.

You may be able to use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-2 (individual brake assemblies are not available). This kit includes a pair of 7 inch diameter by 1-1/4 inch wide brake assemblies and are designed for use with 2,000 lb axles and fit 10 to 13 inch wheels. These mount on a 4-bolt mounting flange, like # 4-34. The mounting bolts are included but the nuts and lock washers # BRKH7, are sold separately.

I've also included an installation video for these brake assemblies for you to check out.

The brake mounting flange is the metal plate that is welded to the end of the axle to provide a mounting place for brake assemblies, which are then secured with the four mounting bolts, nuts and lock washers. The Redline # 4-34 brake flange has a hole spacing of 2-7/8 inches on centers, as shown in the attached photo. If you click on the attached video, titled "etrailer Electric Trailer Brake Kit Installation", you can see how the brake assemblies mount to the brake flange.
