Is Camco RV Heated Drinking Water Hose Faulty if Water is Freezing
Question:
Hose is 1.5 month old. -2 degrees and frozen water. Source of water is not frozen. Hose is warm in compartment milk house heater. Plug is at supply end. Is the hose faulty? The exposed hose is cold. How do I know where the problem is as I’m trying to work and live in this tv.

Yes, your Camco RV Heated Drinking Water Hose for Cold Weather # CAM22903 is faulty if the water is freezing in the hose and the temperature is two degrees below zero. The reason for that is, this hose is rated for use for temperatures that reach forty degrees below zero so you should not be having any issue. The product does have a 3-year warranty for the electrical components and one year warranty for the hose so at just a month and a half, the hose is still under warranty.
