I recommend the Timbren Suspension Enhancement System - Rear Axle part # TFR350SDJ for the 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty with 4 wheel drive.

The Timbrens will do a wonderful job of keeping the load level and fixing the rear sag. They also act a shock absorber to absorb the bumps in the rode to create a more comfortable ride. I have attached a video for your reference.
