light bar. can this be used under water?

The Optronics LED Off-Road Light Bar # UCL21CB is not submersible and cannot be used underwater. The light bar is IP65 rated, which means it is totally dust tight and also protected against "low pressure jets of directed water at any angle." So while the light bar is not great for submarine use, it is going to be completely safe to use in the elements on a car, truck or SUV.
