From what I can find online, your 2006 Forest River Cardinal M-362BH Limited Edition has a GVWR of 15,500 lbs, and uses ST235/85-16 tires, though you are going to want to verify this with the trailer dealer. When it comes to tires, you are going to want ones that have a capacity which exceeds the GVWR of your new trailer to ensure they can handle the maximum load.
I highly recommend the Westlake ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range G # LHWL410 - which have a 4,400 lb capacity at 110 psi and 75 mph speed rating - because of their deep 13/32" tread depth and a 5-year warranty, which is quite a bit longer than most. These tires also have free roadside assistance for two years just in case you should ever get a flat, which is unparalleled service.
Another option that will work and is a bit more economical is the Provider ST235/85R16 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range G # TTWPRG235R16, which have the same 4,400 lb capacity and an 81 mph speed rating, but a slightly less 12/32" tread depth and just a 2-year warranty.
I have added links to video reviews of both tires for you to check out.
