We do have one ladder rack that is compatible with your Bakflip G2, the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack, part # TH43002XT-501.

Rather than other ladder racks that clamp to the inside of the truck bedside, the side rails of the TracRac SR use the stake pockets to mount to the top of the bed sides leaving the inside of the truck bed side free for the tonneau cover.
