Can u use one 12 volt battery tender to charge both batteries if parallel?

Yes, you can charge 12 volt batteries wired in parallel with a single battery charger, such as the CTEK MULTI US 7002 12-Volt Universal Battery Charger w/ Pulse Maintenance and Backup Power # CTEK56353 if you are charging from a standard wall outlet. Batteries run in parallel will maintain 12 volts which is why you can do this.
