I took a look at the owner's manual for your 2016 Chevy 2500 Express Cargo Van and it looks like snow chains are not recommended because of clearance issues. However, cables are recommended in the manual. For cables I recommend Glacier Cables part # PW2021C that are designed for your tire size and are constructed of a hardened carbon steel. The only downside to cables is that are not easily taken on and off.
The only option for actual tire chains that will work for you are the Konig Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - D Link - K-Summit XXL - Size K77, part # TH02230K77. Because they are designed to ride solely on your vehicle's tire tread, these chains are the perfect solution for trucks or SUVs with limited wheel-well clearance. These chains automatically tighten and align as you drive so they are pretty simple to use once installed.
