Fifth Wheel Tailgate Recommendation for 2019 Ford F-250

Do you guys have any fifth wheel tailgates that fit my 2019 Ford F-250? Which one should I get?

We do have fifth wheel tailgates that fit your 20219 Ford F-250 and the one I recommend is the Stromberg Carlson part # VG-15-4000. This is made from a strong-as-steel plastic that makes it much lighter and also won't corrode like a metal tailgate.
We also have the Louvered Tailgate Insert # VI-4000 which would fill in the cut out if ever needed as well!
