Firestone Air Bag Suspension Recommendation for 2018 Ford F-350 4WD Dually With Factory Prep Package

Firestone air bag kits for a 2020 ford f-350. Which is the right one?. My truck has 4 wheel drive, has dual wheel and has the factory 5th wheel prep package. Seems like some will work and some won't so can you give the recommended kit for this truck?

There is a Firestone air bag kit that is specifically designed to fit your 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty dually with four-wheel drive which will also work with an in-bed hitch like you have with the factory prep package.

I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV which have a 5,000 lb load-leveling capacity with bags that inflate up to 100 psi.

The Firestone bags are the strongest air bags on the market due to their 4-ply construction (twice that of other air bags) and are going to be the best option to provide rear support for your F-350. I have added links to video reviews of both kits as well as an install video to check out.

I also highly recommend adding a compressor to make inflating and monitoring the pressure in your air bags much, much easier than doing so without a compressor.
