Will Curt Bumper Mount Trailer Hitch # E-100 Fit a 4-1/4 Inch Bumper on a Starcraft Starsteam 24QB

Question:

My trailer, a Starcraft Starstream 24QB has a 4 inch squar rear bumper but it has some type of decorative covering over it which makes the overall size slightly larger less than 1/4 inch. Would I be required to remove this covering or is it possible that it could fit over a slightly oversized bumper?

The Curt hitch # E-100 needs a 4 inch square continuous welded steel bumper to install safely. If by removing the decorative trim, you are left with a 4 inch square continuous welded steel bumper, then this hitch will work for you. Be sure to check the owners manual to determine if the bumper can be used for this application.
