Thule does list the Passage, # TH910XT, as a fit for a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe. If your Santa Fe is equipped with a rear wiper, you cannot use the wiper with the bike rack attached. I have included a link to the installation details and a link to a video featuring the bike rack for you.

If you will be carrying women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend using the bike adapter bar, # TH982XT, for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level.
