Hello!!! Read about a circulating tank heater on a Dodge and Your Expert Jason said to install it bin a heater hose. Do you have a schematic, or is it simply installed in the supply side or return? Thanks so much. Use many of your products. Thanks again!!!

The Kat's Heaters Thermostatically Controlled Circulating Tank Heater # KH30115 basically just installs in the lower radiator hose and plugs in when needed. After that you'd just need to plug the heater in and you'd be set.
To install the heater you will first need to drain the cooling system. Then cut the lower radiator hose in the middle of the hose and install the Lower Radiator Hose Connector for Kat's Heaters Circulating Tank Heaters part # KH28115 (included) into the lower hose and secure with two hose clamps.
Locate heater hose along right side bank of engine. Cut 4” out of the center of hose and install the y connector with two hose clamps. Mount tank bracket to sheet metal plate along right side wheel well. Mount as low and close to frame as possible. Mount heater tank in tank bracket and secure. Attach 5/8” green stripe heater hose from lower radiator hose to lower connection on heater tank and secure with hose clamps.
