I reached out to my contact at Valterra, they confirmed that the fresh water tanks are for low pressure applications, however that's to fill the tank. You can use water pumps to get the water from the tank to the faucets.

The water pump must be on the suction side of the tank, and the tank needs to be well vented to allow air to replace the water as it drains. Pumps should not be used to force water into the system from the tank, since it not designed to be a pressurized holding tank.
