Will this tent fit a 2012 Prius Hatch Back not the prius V the standard Prius HatchBack.

Yes, you can use the Rightline CampRight SUV Tent, # RL110907, on the back of your 2012 Prius hatch back.
The only issue you might run into is that the upper and lower sleeves, see installation instructions, that attach at the rear of the car may be a bit large and may need to be folded up a bit when installed on the vehicle.
The installation instructions detail several different attachment points and methods for attaching the tent to different style vehicles.
