Which is Better Snow Chain Solution for Ram 1500 with Tire 275/65R18 Cables or Chains
Question:
I have a RAM1500 4WD. Tires are 275/65R18. What do you recommend for ease of use - cables or chains? They will be used less than once a year in light snow.

Since cables are really only good for using maybe once or twice and they aren't easier to install than tire chains I would recommend a set of chains like the Titan kit part # TC2533 which fits your tire size of 275/65R18. These are easier to install than chains, about the same price, will last much longer, and offer much better traction.
