If you have a Reese pin box on your Heartland Big Country 5th wheel already you most likely already have a cushioned pin box, or you have a Sidewinder which provides turning clearance. You should first let me know which specific pin box you have so that I could see what replacement would give you better ride quality. It might already be cushioned and the change wouldn't be that noticeable. If that's the case a fifth wheel hitch with a tight jaw design like the Reese # RP30928 would be your best option to improve ride quality.

The most cushioned pin box that would fit your trailer would be the Flex Air part # LC369535 though since we know your trailer uses the Lippert 1621 style of pin box.

The # LC369535 is still the correct fit. The HD 1621 is just a higher weight rated pin box. The # LC369535 is the highest rated FlexAir for the 1621 at 21,000 lbs.
