Since you have 8k Dexter torsion axles the correct kit you'd need to convert the axle to disc brakes would be the Kodiak kit part # K2HR858DD. This comes with the correct rated hub and rotor kit that fits the spindle you have on your trailer. I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.
I am not sure if you are planning on converting to electric over hydraulic brake disc brakes or surge disc brakes but I attached help article links that cover how to make both conversions for you to check out as well.
The HydraStar kit part # HS381-9067 would be the kit to go with if you were planning on converting from surge drum to EOH disc. This kit comes with all of the wiring needed and what many consider to be the best and most reliable actuator as well.
