I see you have stated that this trailer width is 54, but is that measurement from the outside of the tires?

The listed 54" overall width that you mentioned for the CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer # CE48870 is taken from the outside of one fender to the outside of the other. The fenders represent the widest point on the trailer when the bunk boards are mounted front to back.
