You're on the right track with the right fit, but the MagnaFlow Heavy Metal Loaded # MF99034HM is not for use in the state of California.
You would instead want to use the # MF38134 which also has a 2" inlet and an oval body; this is a universal fit catalytic converter so it may require some slight modifications to your existing tail pipe length, but this has the same MagnaFlow quality as the cat you were looking at and specs that will fit on your vehicle.
