Can Trailair Flex Air King Pin be Replaced or is New Pin Box Needed
Question:
Can we order the part that bolts on each side of the pin box that has the king pin on the bottom?

Expert Reply:
The bolt-on section that has the king pin on the Trailair Flex Air 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 # LC369535 is not a part that is replaceable, likely because it is so vital to the integrity of the entire pin box and its 21,000 lb capacity.
So while it may not be the news you want to hear, in order to ensure you are able to tow safely you will need to replace the entire Trailair pin box entirely.
