Weight of Curt Front Hitch that Fits 2012 Chevy Colorado and is There Trimming Required of Air Dam

Hello what is the weight of the hitch itself ? Does installation require any trimming of my front air dam at all. I have a 2012 Chevy Colorado crew cab LT z71 package.

You can trim the air dam like the picture I attached or you can remove it all together and leave it off. It is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Chevy Colorado Crew Cab LT Z71 package.
