I have a travel trailer that came with a lippert electric stabilizer system can I replace that with this system?

The Ground Control TT is designed for trailers up to 10,000 lbs GVWR and is going to be a much more convenient and easy-to-use system with more control over your trailer set up than a simple stabilizer system. It would be a great way to improve your overall experience with your travel trailer.
