The Reese Revolution is a pivoting pin box that moves the pivot point of the towing setup back 22" to cab clearance. The Revolution is the OEM version of the Reese Sidewinder like part # RP34FR. since the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter part # CAB-C5G would create a pivot point at the ball it is not compatible with the Revolution because of safety reasons. The Demco Recon Gooseneck adapter part # DM8550045 is not compatible because the rotating turret of the Revolution puts too much stress on the gooseneck ball.
At this time there is no safe way to use a 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter with a pivoting pin box. I recommend to replace the pin box with a pin box that does not pivot since you have a long bed truck you won't really need the extra 22" of clearance. In order to get the correct replacement pin box you would need to know the pin box number for the Revolution. If you let me know which one you have I can figure out which king pin would be the replacement.
