Folding Platform Bike Rack that Fits 1.25 and 2 in Hitch of Motorhome and Car for Folding Bikes

Question:

We want to carry our bicycles on a platform rack that folds up against the vehicle. We need to carry them on our Winnebago Navion motorhome with a 2inch receiver and be able to convert to 1 1/4inch for our Honda Fit. Two of the bikes we use are fold-up bikes so the arm must be able to slide downward and fit over the frame. We have a Kuat NV, but the arm goes over the wheel and therefore wont fit the fold-up bikes. What would you recommend?
