I have some great options for you to use both a tonneau cover and ladder rack on a 2020 Ford F-150 with 5-1/2' bed. However, the best option for you will come down to what you will be using the ladder rack for, utility (lumber/ladders etc.) or recreational (kayaks/bikes etc.). Also, keep in mind that using a tonneau cover and ladder rack together can be tricky as they both generally occupy the same space therefore you will need to follow the combos that I have listed for you below as these have all been proven and tested together.

Recreational Option:

The Thule TracRac SR is best for recreational use because the crossbars are of a standard size so most kayak carriers and bike racks will clamp around them no problem.
