We have one hitch that can fit a frame width of 75 inches with the Ultra Fab part # UF35-946403 as it can fit frame widths between 47 and 77 inches apart. This hitch has a capacity of 350 lbs tongue weight for carrying your tool box.
For a cargo carrier we do have the Curt # C18152 which measures 24 by 60 inches and has a 500 lb capacity that might work well for you.
