Will etrailer.com 3,200-Watt Inverter Generator Fit Under Hard Tonneau Cover on 2020 Silverado

Hello. I have a BAKFlip tonneau on my 2020 Chevy Silverado and I'm just wondering if the etrailer 3,200 watt generator would fit underneath it in the bed when it's closed? Can you help me with this? Thanks!

A hard tonneau cover like the BAKFlip FiberMax # BAK1126131 on your 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 will sit pretty flush with the top of the bed rails on your truck. Based on my research the bed on your Silverado has a depth of right at 22", although I do recommend verifying this with a quick measurement.

The etrailer.com 3,200-Watt Portable RV Inverter Generator # 333-0003 that you referenced has a height of just 17-15/16", so it's going to fit without issue under the cover when it's completely closed. This will keep the generator safe from the elements as well as helping to deter theft when you have the tailgate closed and locked.
