The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2019 Audi Q5 is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13331 which is a direct bolt-on fit with no drilling required. The Curt hitch offers a completely hidden design so only the receiver tube will be shown therefore you can retain a factory like appearance. I have attached a photo and install video for you as well.

In order to complete your towing setup you will also need trailer wiring, the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 119250KIT is what I recommend as it is the only option for a Q5 that does not require splicing which you can see in the attached video. If the trailer has brakes, you will also need the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit part # ETBC7L along with a brake controller, the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 is what I recommend as it requires the least amount of modifications to the tow vehicle.

Finally, you will need a ball mount/hitch ball for which I recommend using the Ball Mount Kit part # 989900.
