Replacement for Carrier Air Conditioner with Heat Pump

Question:

I want to replace both of my old Carrier Air V 15,ooo BTU ducted heat pumps in my RV. The only problem I have is that neither of the old units have wall mounted controls, only remotes. I like the Brisk Air II and the Atwood Aircommand heat pumps. Are there any ducted units that dont require wall mounted controls and will work with only a remote? Its either that or go from ducted to non-ducted and have the controls on the unit itself. Thanks.

The only air conditioners we offer that contain a heat pump is the Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump part # AT15033-22 for black or part # AT15028-22 for white which has a 15,000 Btu rating. That said, this unit is operated via a wall mounted thermostat but can also be used with the included remote. I know it may not be ideal but it's actually pretty easy to install the wall mounted thermostat as the harness is plug and play. Also, you can install the wall mounted thermostat as far or as close to the overhead unit as you want so you could if chosen just mount the wall mounted thermostat a couple feet away which would make routing the harness extremely doable.

Please note, most air conditioners with heat pumps are going to utilize a wall mounted thermostat. I have attached a list of all our other air conditioner options as well.
