The closet option we have to the 36 inch x 13 foot dimensions you're needing is the Ribbed Rubber Trailer Mat # 3622RM, although it is quite a bit longer than what you're hoping for. This durable rubber mat does feature a 36" width and 5/16" thickness, but it will provide you with a total length of 22 feet. You could potentially just cut where needed to match your smaller surface and maybe use the excess at a later date or for a different project.
