Question:
Is there a ramp attachment for the kuat transfer 1 platform rack?

Kuat doesn't offer a ramp option for their Transfer series of bike racks, nor do any other of our single bike racks. This being said, it's actually not terribly difficult to load a bike on a platform rack, especially this one with its open center section.
You'd first adjust the front arm with the hook as low as it will go. Then, wheel the bike up next to the bike rack, so that the front wheel is sitting just forward of the front wheel cradle. Then, apply the rear brake while holding onto the handlebars with your right hip up against the bike. Walk rearward while hanging onto the bars and the front wheel will come up, swing the bike slightly to the right so the front wheel comes down in the cradle and move the front arm and hook over the front tire, snugly enough so the bike won't fall over. Then lift the rear wheel up into the rear cradle and secure. Tighten the front hook, and you're done. To remove the bike, reverse the process.
If you use this method, you'll never be lifting more than half the weight of the bike, and usually less than that. I've linked to a video showing how to use the # KU64FR bike rack.
