Base Rails for 2019 Ford F-350 Standard Bed for Mounting B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch

2019 F350 Lariat w/o puck adapter. I have patriot 18k slider that I took off my Chevy 2500hd. I would like to install rails in my new F350 Lariat standard bed. I have bolts going through bed where pucks should be. Will the DM6175 work with my truck? If not, what can I do? Thank you

To mount a 5th wheel hitch like your B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # BWRVK3270 in your 2019 Ford F-350, you will need the B&W Custom Installation Kit with Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2402.

The reason is, the bolts you are referencing in the bed of your '19 F-350 are what is keeping your truck bed in place and are not actually part of the puck system, which is why the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6175 won't work.

The B&W Base Rails # BWRVK2402 do not require drilling into the frame of your F-350 needed to install this kit because it is designed as a custom fit for your truck, which is going to shave hours off the installation time compared to other kits.
