Has Ford OEM Fifth Wheel Rail Kit Changed Over Years
Question:
I have a 2008 Ford F450 with the Reese’s Elite hitch. Will that fit newer year trucks? Did Ford change the hole locations or are the Fords all the same with the OEM puck system?

The Ford OEM rail kits haven't changed since they first came out and they also are the same as the aftermarket Reese Elite aftermarket rail kits that they have fits for other truck manufacturers as well. So if you have a Reese M5 hitch like the part # RP30921 or the # RP30922 you could install it in a newer Ford truck with the OEM rail kit or in any other brand truck that had a Reese Elite rail kit.
