The correct Airaid Cold Air Intake System for a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban with 5.3L is part # AR201-267 which I confirmed with Airaid but only if you have electric radiator cooling fans. If you do not have electric radiator cooling fans then you could use the Airaid CAD Cold Air Intake System with SynthaMax Dry Filter part # AR201-196 but this is your only option as they don't offer a full system for models without the electric radiator cooling fans.
