Taillight Converter For Combining Taillight Circuits of 1994 Jeep Cherokee for Trailer Wiring 4-Way
Question:
I recently hooked up a wiring kit to my 94foot Jeep Cherokee for a trailer. I got everything to work but cant figure out how to get the brake lights to work. Im assuming I did not hook it up properly. Ive currently got the brakes hooked up to the running lights on the Jeep. I cant think of how to get the brake lights to hook up. Through research Ive found the brake lights work on the same wire as the blinker but am I supposed to attach the wire to blinker in the jeep? That doesnt seem right to me. What wire am I supposed to splice into on the jeep? Anything helps Thanks

Helpful Expert Reply:
What you need is a taillight converter to combine the separate stop and turn circuits that are on your 1994 Jeep Cherokee so that's it compatible with the combined circuits of trailer wiring. For that you'd want the part # RM-732 wired to your vehicle and you'd be set.
