Yes, if you were looking for a 4-way extension to go from your tow vehicle to your Jeep that is being flat towed with a tow bar and both connections are 4-way connectors the # HM47115 could be used as a way to make that connection. This provides 4 feet of extension which would normally be enough for this application.
