I checked with Thule and they do list the Passage trunk mount bike rack, # TH910XT, as a fit for the 2011 Toyota Prius. I have included a link to the installation details and a link to a video review of the bike rack for you.
If you will be carrying womens, childrens, or alternative frame bikes I recommend using the bike adapter bar # TH982XT for greater ground clearance and to carry the bikes more level. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
