Does Fan for Fan-Tastic Roof Vent Automatically Shut Off When Cover is Closed

is there a switch on the cover that will turn it on when opening or off when closing ?

The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # FV801250 has a built-in feature that automatically shuts off the fan when the lid is closed. When you open it the fan should turn back on if the power switch is in the "on" position.
