I found the owners manual of your 2016 Toyota 4Runner Trail online and found that you can only run tire chains on the rear axle of your vehicle. So you'd need just one set of chains like the Konig set # TH01594267 that you referenced. This is the correct size for the tire size 265/70R17 that is common on your 4Runner. I attached an install video that shows these chains installing on a 2017 4Runner just like yours as well.
