Does BAK Revolver X2 or X4 Fit with Factory Bed Rails on a 2006 Toyota Tacoma with 5' Bed

Hi, does the Bak revolver x2 or x4 come with brackets so I can mount my factory side rails below the bed cover rail ?

There are actually specific instructions that come with both the BAK Revolver X2 # BAK39406 and the X4 # BAK79406 that show how the included hardware allows you to remove and then reinstall the factory track system on your 2006 Toyota Tacoma with the 5' bed. I have included 2 clips from the instructions to demonstrate this for you.
