A 275/55-20 size tire and the 275/65-20 size tire on your 2018 Ford F-350 are different enough sizes that tire chains are not interchangeable between the two. Out of our linked selection for your 275/65-20 tires I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2335 because these have square links in a diamond pattern for best traction plus they are Class S compatible meaning they are low profile for better clearance.

Please note that when I looked up the online owner's manual for your '18 F-350 it said not to use tire chains for tires that have a 20" wheel. If you do use the chains there will likely be clearance issues and the chains could damage various components on your vehicle (like brake lines).
