Can I Use the Convert-A-Ball With an Above-Bed Gooseneck Adapter?
Question:
I have 04 ram 3500 long bed with Reese 5th wheel. I also have the gooseinch that fits the bed rails for pulling gooseneck trailers. will the gooseneck adapter #CAB C5G work with this type of ball hitch.

Yes. I checked with Convert-A-Ball and you can use the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5G with an Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Adapter for 5th Wheel Rails like the Curt # 16055 , but you will be limited to the 20000-lb capacity that the Convert-A-Ball # CAB-C5G has; if your rail kit has a lesser capacity, you'll be limited to that capacity over the Convert-A-Ball.
