Recommendation to Replace 3,500 Pound Axle with 78" Spring Center Length
Question:
I need to replace a single 3500# axel on my pontoon boat trailer. My spring center measurement is 78. What do you suggest?

I do have a potential option for you, however we don't have a standard 3,500 pound axle available that features a matching 78" spring seat length to what you currently have.
The best solution I can offer is with a Timbren Axle-Less System, which features two independent suspension components that will fit any frame width and often eliminate the need for a thru-axle altogether. For a 3,500 pound system the Timbren # ASR3500S05 will work perfectly.
Not only do the independent springs offer superior versatility, but they also help to create a much smoother ride than what you're probably used to on the road. I have attached an installation and test course video so you can see exactly how everything works.
