Between the Pullrite and Demco Highjacker, what is your recommendation for the best fifth wheel hitch for my 2019 Ram 2500 Shortbed With Pucks?

Both the the Demco Hijacker and the Pullrite SuperGlide are solid choices of hitches. Both the Hijacker and the SuperGlide offer 14" of travel, have 2-point pivoting heads, can fit your OEM pucks with an adapter, and come with a 5-year limited warranty but the Hijacker is definitely the winner in comparison due to the extra features.

Comparing the two however we see the Demco Hijacker has some significant advantages. The Hijacker utilizes a single-jaw and 3/4" steel locking bar for the most secure connection and it can be adjusted between 15-1/4", 16-1/2", and 18" while the SuperGlide only uses the single-jaw and has one height setting of 18-1/2". This is especially helpful when you're running multiple trailers and helps you level your overall setup for safe towing.
